Stronger adhesion on tough, non-porous surfaces

Aquacool Trend Paint Catalyst 5ml is a hardener additive that helps paint and varnish grip slick, non-porous surfaces such as tile, ceramic, porcelain, glass, metal, aluminum and PVC. It builds a strong bond between the coating and the surface and improves water and moisture resistance, which extends the life of your finish in kitchens, bathrooms and around sinks and showers.

Each 5 ml ampoule is one full dose for about 150 ml (5 fl oz) of paint or varnish, so you can mix the right amount for small projects without measuring.

Mixing guide

Add catalyst at about 2.5% of the total paint or varnish volume.

Important: once the catalyst is added, the paint or varnish starts a chemical reaction. Mix only the amount you can use within 2 hours. After that the bonding effect weakens, and you'll need to mix a fresh batch.

Clean surface = best result. Always clean and degrease the surface before painting.
